Sunim, our Zen teacher, likes to say “Don’t focus so much on changing your bad habits as expanding your good habits. If you have 1 minute of mindfulness don’t worry about the other 23 hours and 59 minutes. Just work on two minutes of mindfulness.”
So in 2018 let’s focus on:
More mindfulness
More smiling
More sun, more shine
More voting
More love
More …
dogs
hand holding
cool water drinking
justice
peace
slow eating
health
play
sitting still
and more happiness.
